  • Order & Payment Information: order history and payment method details. (We do not store full credit/debit card numbers; payments are processed securely by third-party providers.)

  • Location Data: if you allow location services for features like finding nearby stores or receiving location-based offers.

  • Device & App Data: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, app version, and diagnostics (such as crash logs).

  • Usage Data: pages/screens viewed, features used, and session activity.

  • Communications: messages to customer support, ratings, reviews, or photos you choose to upload.

  • Push Notifications: device tokens used to deliver alerts and promotions (if enabled).

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App.

  • Notifications: opt in or out of push notifications in the App or device settings.

  • Location: disable location sharing in your device settings.

  • Marketing: unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

7. Account & Data Deletion

If you create an account, you can delete it directly in the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). You may also submit a deletion request online at: https://www.scioncapitalpartners.com/privacy.

When deleted, we remove personal data not legally required to be retained.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us at https://www.scioncapitalpartners.com/privacy.

9. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different privacy laws. Where required, we implement safeguards for such transfers.

12. Loyalty & Rewards Programs
